- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3 teaspoons yeast
