Basic Protein Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated and room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup soya powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine egg yolks with all other ingredients. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Put into buttered bread pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until golden.
- Store in refrigerator.
