Basic Pizza Dough (Bread Machine)

This is a versatile basic dough. Season it savory for pizza dough, or sweeten it up for easy cinnamon rolls.

• Yields: 2 medium pizza crusts

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄8 cups water (room temperature)
• 3  tablespoons olive oil
• 4  cups flour
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 2  teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in bread machine pan.
2. If desired, season with parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, onion flakes, and garlic.
3. Set bread machine on dough cycle.
4. Roll dough to desired thickness, cover with favorite toppings, and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
