Basic Pimiento Cheese Recipe (Southern Living)

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
• 1  teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  teaspoon  finely grated onion
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  ground red pepper
• 1 (8 ounce) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
• 1 (8 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheese.
2. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
3. Use on sandwiches, grilled cheese, crackers, etc.
