Basic Demi Glace

Here is a very very basic Demi Glace recipe to go along with the stuffed pork chops

Ready In: 15 mins

Yields: 1 Quart

Ingredients

  • 1  quart  brown stock (beef, veal)
  • 1  quart  brown sauce

Directions

  1. Combine the stock with the sauce over medium heat.
  2. Simmer until the mixture is reduced by half.
  3. Strain and immediatly cool in a water bath.
