Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 4  egg yolks
  • 12 cup white sugar
  • 1  cup  orange juice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until smooth.
  2. Gradually whisk in orange juice.
  3. Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently to prevent curdling, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
