Basic Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb chopped ham
- 6 large whole eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 200 g Greek yogurt, Plain
- 2 cups pepper, and onion blend
Directions
- Chop up your vegetables.
- Cook/brown your protein if needed.
- Add all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Coat at least a 2 quart baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour your mix in.
