Basic Breakfast Bake

Protein filled breakfast

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  chopped ham
  • 6  large  whole eggs
  • 1  cup cheddar cheese
  • 200  g  Greek yogurt, Plain
  • 2  cups pepper, and onion blend

Directions

  1. Chop up your vegetables.
  2. Cook/brown your protein if needed.
  3. Add all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  5. Coat at least a 2 quart baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Pour your mix in.
