Basic Bean Burritos

Yields: 12 Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divide (or Monterrey jack)
- 12 flour tortillas
Directions
- Combine ingredients (save 1 cup of cheese for the end).
- Spoon 1/3 cup into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up.
- Arrange burritos in greased 9x13 pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
