Barrier Reef

Posted for the Zaar World Tour 2005. This is a pretty cocktail that looks as amazing as the waters around the Great Barrier Reef!

• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 60  ml  gin
• 30  ml Cointreau liqueur
• 1  dash  Angostura bitters
• 2  scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1  dash blue curacao
•  ice

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake thouroughly and pour into a long drink glass.
3. Garnish with your favourite garnish and serve immidiately!
