Directions

  1. Wash and stem the fruit.
  2. Place into a deep saucepan and add the sugar and the vinegar.
  3. Then add the allspice, cloves and cinnamon.
  4. Bring to a boil and hold there till the berries lose their color.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  6. Strain and pour into hot sterile pint jars and seal.
