Barbeque Spice Rub

This is perfect for all meats, especially chicken, and when cooking on the grill gives off a fantastic aroma. Makes enough for 2lb of meat.

Ingredients

• 2  teaspoons paprika
• 2  teaspoons  dried chili pepper flakes
• 2  teaspoons  superfine sugar
• 2  teaspoons light brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon ground cumin
• 1  teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2  teaspoons ground black pepper
• 2  teaspoons salt

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Rub into meat or chicken before grilling.
