Barbeque Brisket Rub

Yields: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and rub generously on brisket, wrap in foil and refrigerate 3 days. Remove from foil and bake at 325-350 for about 2 1/2 hours.
