Barbell Bunny's Breakfast

A simple egg omelet with a side of Greek yogurt to fuel my morning.

Yields: 1 Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 14 cup  fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1  tablespoon peas
  • 14 banana, sliced
  • 10  almonds
  • 1  teaspoon  habanero Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Beat egg with 1/2 tablespoon Greek Yogurt. Season to taste.
  2. Pour egg mixture into pan and flip once sides begin to firm.
  3. Serve with remaining Greek yogurt, sprinkled with salmons and sliced banana.
