Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups dry sherry
- 4 large salmon steaks
Directions
- Place garlic, mustard and soy sauce in a food processor and process to make a paste.
- Add 1/2 cup sherry and blend well.
- Pour into a glass bowl (or Pyrex or plastic zip style bag) adding the rest of the sherry.
- Add the salmon, turning so they are well coated with the marinade.
- Marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Remove fish from the marinade and grill approximately 2 minutes per side over a very hot flame, or until done.
