Barbecued Pork Sandwiches

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a Dutch oven for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  4. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Add barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1 ½ hours until pork is fork-tender.
  6. Transfer pork to cutting board.
  7. Slice into thin pieces.
  8. Return to Dutch oven and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  9. Place rolls on serving plate.
  10. Divide pork mixture and spoon into each roll.
  11. Serve with coleslaw, if desired.
