Barbecued Country Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs pork loin, country style seasoned with salt and pepper
- 3⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3⁄4 cup catsup
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- liquid smoke, few drops
- 3⁄4 cup water
Directions
- Season roast with salt and pepper and roast in 300-350 oven for approximately 2 hours.
- Combine all other ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Pour off all grease and add sauce to meat.
- Bake in slow oven 250-275 for 45 minutes to one hour.
