Barbecue Wings

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 12 chicken wings
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup plum sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄4 glass white wine
- salt and pepper
Directions
- preheat oven to hot.
- cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, uncovered until tender.
- set aside.
- cut wings tips, and then half the wings.
- combine sauces in a large bowl, add the chopped garlic and wine and season.
- add the wings, toss to coat.
- Place the chicken, in a single layer, in an ovenproof dish, roast uncovered about 20/25 min or until thoroughly cooked.
- serve with the cooked rice.
