Ingredients
- 6 shallots
- 4 spring onions
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle ketchup (Heinz)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup Bourbon
Directions
- Saute first 4 ingredients in butter until translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently 10 minutes.
