Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup salad oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced celery
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight. Improves that not-so-tender piece of meat.
