Barbecue Pork Chops

  1. Season the chops generously with salt and pepper; brown in hot oil if desired. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, Coke, peach butter (substitute jam or preserves if you like), Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and garlic powder. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking; set aside.
  2. Dip each chop into the sauce and place into slow cooker. Top with chopped onion, pour the rest of the sauce on top, cover and cook on low for about 4 to 6 hours or until chops are tender and cooked through.
  3. Serve chops with sauce.
