Barbecue Pan Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 1⁄2 ounces tomato soup
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 3 teaspoons garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown chicken pieces 2-3 minute per side in hot butter and olive oil.
- Mix tomato soup, brown sugar, celery, garlic salt, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco; pour over chicken.
- Cook slowly, turning occasionally, for about 40-45 minute until chicken is done.
