  1. Cut Chicken into 2 x 2 inch pieces. (bite size).
  2. Cook chicken in large skillet or chicken fryer until white in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Do not over cook only about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cut Peppers and Onions the same. Not small chopped pieces but larger stir fry size pieces.
  4. Mix all together in skillet. cover with 2/3 to 1 bottle of Honey Barbecue sauce. Simmer until chicken, pepper and onions are tender. about 20-30 minutes. Slow cooking makes flavors blend.
