Barbecue Chicken

I got this from a lady at church who is from Hawaii, DeDe Gilliland.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup oyster sauce
• 1  slice fresh ginger
• 2  tablespoons  sesame oil
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 8 -10  chicken thighs, I use boneless, skinless

Directions

1. Mix all marinade ingredients.
2. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
3. Grill over hot coals or on gas barbecue until done.
