  1. Brown ground beef with onion, celery and pepper. Season with salt and pepper Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in tomato soup and barbecue sauce (do not add biscuits until baking).
  3. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  4. To serve: thaw. Place in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes. Cut each biscuit in 4 pieces. Arrange on top of hot mixture. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
