Bar-B-Cue Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs broiling chicken
Directions
- Allow to marinade 2 hours.
- Drain chicken reserving liquid.
- Balance on barbeque spit.
- Barbeque, rotating spit, over medium hot coals for 1 1/2 hrs or until chicken is tender.
- Brush occasionally with liquid.
