Banoffie Pie

Serves: 6-8
Yields: 1 pie
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 -4 bananas
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Set up a double boiler and heat the condensed milk for a few hours, there’s no set time, just check it every 15 minutes or so until its a dark caramel color, usually 2-3 hours.
- Smash the graham crackers as fine as possible ( I use my food processor for this) add the melted butter and combine until it’s sticky, press it into your pie plate. Place this in the fridge to harden.
- Once your milk has darkened and become thicker, slice your bananas, take your milk off the stove and stir them in Add into pie crust.
- Chill in fridge for an hour or so.
