Bananacran Bread

Got this one while I was living in Canada. It's great for a chilly autumn day, and better yet-- it's a piece of cake (or bread?)! Show more

  1. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.
  2. Add bananas and cranberries.
  3. Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour into a large greased loaf pan and bake in a 350 oven for an hour.
  5. Remove and cool for 20 minutes in the pan before removing.
