Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup frozen cranberries, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Add bananas and cranberries.
- Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Pour into a large greased loaf pan and bake in a 350 oven for an hour.
- Remove and cool for 20 minutes in the pan before removing.
