Banana Split Pie

Ingredients
Crust
- 9 whole cinnamon graham crackers, crushed to make 1/4 cup crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons margarine, melted
Filling
- 1 (3 1/2ounce) package vanilla or 1 (3 1/2ounce) package banana instant pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups whipped topping, divided
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup chopped maraschino cherry
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Directions
- To prepare crust: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter a 9 inch pie pan. Combine graham crackers and sugar. Add margarine; mix well. Press into bottom and sides of prepared pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- To prepare filling: Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat 1 minute or until thickened. Beat in 2 cups whipped topping until well combined. Fold in bananas. Pour into cooled crust. Top with pineapples and cherries. Spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over cherries and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Top with chopped nuts if desired. Chill 4-5 hours or until firm.
