Banana Soy Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 cups soymilk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup banana
- 1⁄4 cup oats
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Gradually add dry to wet making a thin batter. Fold in any optional ingredients you enjoy (like nuts or blueberries).
- Cook as usual for pancakes.
