Banana Sour Cream Bread

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 1 1⁄3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups mashed bananas
- 2 3⁄4 cups sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, beating well after each one.
- Add mashed bananas.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream.
- Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
