Ingredients

  •  banana
  • 14 piece apple
  • 1  katori, Yoghurt
  • 1  teaspoon  chia seeds
  • 1  pinch cinnamon

  1. Step 1.
  2. Combine the banana, yogurt & 1 tsp chia seeds.
  3. Step 2.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Step 3.
  6. NOTE : Do soak the chia seeds in water for 1 hour before blending.
