Banana Shake

Another recipe I found from Fat Free Living cookbook.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2  ripe bananas
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 1  teaspoon Sweet 'n Low (optional)
  • 1  tablespoon  fat free  chocolate syrup
  • 8 -10  ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine banana, skim milk, Sweet N' Low, and chocolate syrup in blender.
  2. Cover and mix for 1 minute.
  3. Add ice cubes, one at a time, mixing until smooth.
