Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 (14 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2 large bananas
- 3 cups zucchini
Directions
- Mix all ingredints.
- Divided between two greased bread loafs.
- Bake for 60- 75 minutes.
