Banana Praline Crepes

Ingredients

  • 8  prepared  crepes, your favorite recipe
  • 13 cup butter
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 13 cup  orange juice
  • 3  bananas, peeled and sliced
  • Praline Butter Sauce

  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup  chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and orange juice.
  3. Stir until dissolved and thickened.
  4. Fold in sliced bananas.
  5. Heat through.
  6. Fill each crepe with 1/3 cup filling; fold two sides of crepe over.
  7. Top with 1 heaping TBSP of Praline Butter Sauce: In small mixing bowl, cream butter till fluffy.
  8. Add sugar; beat well.
  9. Mix in chopped pecans.
  10. Use to top Banana Crepes.
