Banana Pound Cake

This came from my collection of pound cakes. ....Dusted with P. Sugar or a banana glaze is Yummy..!!.

• Yields: 1 Bundt cake

Ingredients

• 1  box  yellow cake mix
• 4  eggs (room temp)
• 1⁄3 cup  oil
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1 1⁄3 cups  mashed bananas (, about 4 med)
• 1  box instant vanilla pudding
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients.
2. Mix til blended, then beat on med 4 min.
3. Bake in sprayed, lightly sugared 10" tube pan.
4. 350, 1 hour or done, dust w/ p.
