Banana Peanut Butter Loaf/Muffins (Vegan)

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1⁄2 peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the bananas, oil, vinegar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees for loaf. Bake 20-30 minutes for muffins.
