Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 dash cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 small handful chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet) (optional)
Directions
- Mash banana, then beat in rest of ingredients. Make small pancakes, cook on medium heat, flipping pancakes when the first side begins to bubble.
- For plain pancakes, eliminate banana, cinnamon & chocolate and cook as above.
