Banana Pancakes

Yields: 16 pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄3 cups Bisquick
- 3 bananas, overripe
- 1 1⁄3 cups skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Blend all ingredients. Allow batter to rest, while skillet is heating.
- Pour in 3 to 4" pancakes.
- Turn when edges are slightly dry and bubbles stop forming.
- Serve w/ warm maple syrup!
