Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cooked oatmeal, chilled
- 1 banana (frozen if thicker smoothie is desired)
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix ingredients.
- Add ice to thicken.
