Banana Oat Choco Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Blend wet ingredients in a blender.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry, just until moistened.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter in 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
- Turn when bubbles form on top.
- Cook until second side is golden brown.
