Banana Oat Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas, ripe
- 4 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oats (can be omitted)
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (can omit and add another 1/2 cup of flour)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.
- Grease muffin tray and if desired, crumble additional brown sugar on top of muffins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
