Banana Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 3⁄4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon light margarine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana (smashed)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 4 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Directions
- Bring water to a boil. Add oats and cook 1 minute Remove from heat and cover.
- Add all other ingredients except walnuts and half and half.
- Divide into two bowls. Top each with half of walnuts and half of half and half.
- Enjoy.
