- Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, add eggs, oil and date syrup until they are well-blended. Add in mashed banana. Incorporate the wet ingredients and hot water simultaneously into dry ingredients. Gently mix in nuts.
- Pour into 12-cup muffin tin and bake in 350 oven for approximately 17 minutes.
