Banana Nut Morning Snack Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) box banana cream instant pudding
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 tablespoon rum extract
- 1 tablespoon banana extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk, hot
- 1⁄2 teaspoon banana extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil 8 minutes at medium speed.
- Add extracts
- Pour mixture in buttered 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans if desired.
- Swirl knife through.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
- Drizzle with the topping following after removing from oven.
