Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 55 to 65 minute, or until wooden toothpick inserted into center of loaf come out clean.
