Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 bananas
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups white flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Blend shortening and sugar in food processor.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Add bananas and blend.
- Sift, then add: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
