Banana Nog

A refreshing summer shake. Sugar can be omitted for a healthier shake. Found this recipe in Boy's Life magazine 20 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. Other fruits can be used for different "Nogs". Try strawberries or peaches. Show more

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1  cup milk (can use 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1  banana
  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 -7  ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend at slow speed to break up ice.
  3. Blend at highest speed for 1 minute.
