Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients well (make sure banana is extremely ripe for maximum sweetness and mashed).
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
