Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-bran cereal
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 1⁄2 cup butter (softened)
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Stir bran with milk and let sit for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Stir in bananas, butter, honey and egg. Mix well.
- And flour, baking powder, and salt until just moist.
- Pour batter into cups.
- Sprinkle each with sugar.
- Bake 28 mintes or until light golden.
