Banana Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 very ripe bananas
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together, Half cup of margarine, Three quaters cup of brown sugar, 2 large eggs and 3 over riped mashed bananas. Mix together till smooth.
- Then add 2 cups of self raising flour and a pinch of salt.
- Mix together untill smooth.
- Transfer to a greased 2lb loaf tin.
- Leave for half a hour to settle.(optional).
- Put in a pre-heated oven on the middle shelf at 180 for 60 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
